4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Within 24 hours of booking: No refund.
- Within 48 hours of booking: 50% refund.
- Within 72 hours of booking: 80% refund.
- After 72 hours: No refund.
- Cancellation by Hotel Adarsh International:
- If canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
5. Changes to Booking
- Changes to bookings (e.g., dates, package details) can be made based on
